From Eataly to Farinolio: Meet Rovagnati the maker of the "Gran Biscotto Ham"

Join Farinolio on Saturday, October 13 at 6:30 PM to discover all the secrets behind Gran Biscotto, the best “prosciutto cotto” in Italy by Rovagnati, one of the top charcuterie companies in Italy.

Lorenzo Tedeschi, charcuterie specialist from Italy, will take you on a journey to discover the history and anecdotes behind the most sold charcuterie product in Italy, its production technique and how it differs from the classic “ham” made in the USA.

You will also be able to taste Farinolio’s selection of other Rovagnati’s products such as Mortadella and Prosciutto di Parma and learn how to best pair them to cheeses, wines and breads.

The event includes a charcuterie board with our selection of cured meats, imported cheeses and organic vegetables and a half bottle of wine (.500ml for individuals and .750ml for couples). We look forward to seeing you on October 13th!
