Mr. Francesco, the visionary Founder of Farinolio and a native of Florence, will personally guide you through this exceptional journey. Expect not only delectable dishes but also captivating stories and anecdotes that breathe life into this splendid city.

He'll share some of his exceptional specialties, from Gran Mugello to Pecorino, and provide insights into the fascinating story behind his farm. MENU:

-Bruschetta mista
-Formaggi Palagiaccio, Tuscan cheese tasting with the producer
-Cipolle rosse caramelized
-Fagioli cannellini all’olio
-Prosciutto Toscano and lonzino by Terre di Siena
-Filetto di maiale, roasted Tuscan herbed pork tenderloin with onion and grapes
-Patate al rosmarino
-Farinolio sweets

Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.

Price per person: $110
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.

To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished.
