aperitivo EXPERIENCE
Aperitivo is a sophisticated after-work socializing tradition meant for relaxation, mingling, and embracing the slow pace of life, much like la dolce vita in Italy.
This isn't your typical sit-down dinner; instead, it's a communal and lavish buffet affair that transports you to an Italian Piazza. Designed as a lively and informal gathering, with Italian radio playing in the background and an array of colorful ‘’stuzzichini’’ – little bites that will be featured on communal platters, boards, or small plates meant for sharing among friends. It’s our own version of Italian tapas!

Elevate your Aperitivo Experience with a Pasta Fun twist! Sip on a complimentary Aperol Spritz as you roll up your sleeves and join us in shaping fresh tagliatelle pasta. It's a semi-hands-on experience that combines the joy of crafting pasta with the pleasure of mingling with friends. End the evening with a taste of your creations, served with whipped ricotta and tomato lemon zest sauce.

Next, indulge in one or two of our seasonal main courses, crafted with love from our family's recipes. Each dish comes with a side of stories about our culture and traditions, sprinkled with fun Italian expressions and travel tips for your next adventure in Italy.
Finish off your Cena in Osteria with an espresso and an assortment of sweets, and leave feeling like you've experienced a true taste of Italy.

PASTA MAKING AND DINNER FESTA
First indulge in a delightful aperitivo and then roll up your sleeves: it’s pasta time!
During this event, you will learn how simplicity meets perfection in the art of pasta making. We are diving deep into the heart of Italian tradition with a celebration centered around two humble ingredients: pasta flour and eggs.
Our chefs will guide you both in Italian and English to make your own dough by mixing, kneading, and transforming these basic ingredients into a delizioso dish! Each guest will make their own dough from scratch, and then all together we will shape them and make the perfect sauce to go with them. Pasta is served!
Conclude the evening on a high note with traditional Italian espresso and delectable sweets, leaving you fully satisfied and immersed in the flavors of Italy.

PIZZA MAKING AND DINNER FESTA
Let's roll up those sleeves and roll out the dough for an evening filled with fun, cozy vibes, and seasonal taste sensations! Enjoy a generous aperitivo first, then we'll head to the kitchen where you will craft your very own homemade pizza di casa! Choose from a bounty of toppings like earthy olives, prosciutto, zesty Italian spicy salame, and more to create a pizza that's uniquely yours.
But that's not all – while your pizza bakes to perfection, you'll also learn the art of making pizza dough from scratch, and you'll get to take some home for future pizza adventures. Finish off with espresso and dolcetti!
