ITALIAN TRADITION MEETS FAMILY HOSPITALITY

 

Many of you know that our private Tuscan experiences are personally curated and led by Chef Laura — from the menu to the storytelling around the tavola. They have always been moments created with intention, connection, and a lot of cuore.

As Farinolio continues to grow, Laura is dedicating more time to being present across both locations, working closely with the team, developing new recipes, and shaping the next chapter of our little Italian world — while also spending time with guests, sharing Italian culture, stories, and those simple moments of convivialità that make Farinolio feel like home.

Because these experiences are so personal and hands-on, we are currently pausing private event bookings at our locations.

We truly look forward to reopening select dates in the future and creating new memories together.

Until then, we welcome you every day — for colazione, lunch, merenda and all the little joys made con amore.

aperitivo EXPERIENCE

 

Like a night out in an Italian piazza—only cozier.

This is not your average buffet. It's our ode to the art of stuzzicare—little bites, big flavors, meant to be shared and savored. Picture communal platters overflowing with salumi, formaggi, roasted veggies, bruschette, and other cose buone you’d find strolling through a market in Firenze.

Italian music is playing, the lights are warm, and your glass is never empty. We welcome you with a refreshing mocktail, but you’re more than welcome to bring your favorite vino o birra to toast the evening. And of course, si finisce in dolcezza—we’ll end with an assortment of our handmade sweets and a proper espresso. It’s Italy, after all.

Part cooking class, part Aperitivo, all joy.

Start with a glass in hand, a few bites from the stuzzichini table, and then… mettiamo le mani in pasta! You and your guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at how we make fresh pasta and sugo! Nothing too serious—just enough to get your hands floury and your hearts happy.

While the sauce simmers, enjoy your Aperitivo bites, music, and good company. It’s the perfect mix of food, fun, and learning—ideal for team-building, birthdays, or just because!

An evening in Italy without the jet lag! Our Regional Dinner Parties are intimate evenings inspired by the diverse flavors and traditions of Italy’s beloved regions. From Sicilia to Toscana, each dinner is a cultural esperienza wrapped in food, stories, and authentic hospitality.

We start with a generous aperitivo and antipasti, followed by one or two seasonal main courses prepared with our treasured family recipes. Throughout the night, we’ll share Italian expressions, travel tips, and the heartwarming stories behind every dish—like we would at our own family table. The evening ends on a dolce note, with an assortment of sweets and espresso, of course. You’ll leave feeling like you just spent the evening in a little corner of Italy.

 

TUSCAN VEGAN DINNER FESTA

 

A soulful tribute to cucina povera and the Mediterranean way of life.

At Farinolio, we don’t believe in substitutes—just real, genuine ingredients from the earth, prepared with care and tradition. This dinner is inspired by Italy’s plant-based classics that have always been vegan per natura—from farinata di ceci to ribollita, fave e cicoria, risotti, pasta al sugo, polenta and more. We’ll serve a generous selection of seasonal specialties, all rooted in the traditions of la cucina povera—simple, rustic, and buonissima. No trends, just time-honored recipes that feed both body and soul.

And yes, il dolce non manca mai—expect a sweet finale that’s plant-based and full of delizia!
