Guided by Chef Laura & Chef Paola, you'll learn the delicate dance of mixing, kneading, and rolling, transforming the basic elements of flour and eggs into silky ribbons of pappardelle. With each precise movement, you'll witness the alchemy that occurs when passion and tradition intersect.
And when the last batch of pappardelle is gently cooked to perfection, we gather around the table, eager to savor the fruits of our labor. With glasses raised in a toast to tradition and plates piled high with culinary delights, we revel in the simple pleasures of good food and great company.

Tuscan olive oil tasting
Aperitivo: Salumi, Formaggi & Verdurine
Bruschetta: Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil and Tuscan extra virgin olive oil
Crostini: Crostino with cannellini bean cream
Pappardelle Primavera: Homemade pasta with asparagus, fresh tomatoes, burrata and lemon sauce (hands-on)

Price per person: $125
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished.
