CATERING CANCELLATION POLICY

• Catering orders can be canceled and refunded in full up to 3 days before the order’s delivery date.

• If you cancel within 3 days before the order’s delivery date, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations will not be accepted, and the client will incur the agreed-upon cost of products and services provided.

• If desired, every effort will be made to provide agreed-upon items and services at an alternate date; however, due to the nature of our products, this is not always possible and will be offered at Farinolio's discretion.
