FARINOLIO POLICY

When you register for a Farinolio event, you accept the following terms:


A $20 deposit per person will be processed at the time of your registration at the checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio the night of the event (either by cash or credit card).
Gratuity is not automatically included to any of our events. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated!


If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify Farinolio no later than 6 business days prior to your class or dining experience.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email at laura@farinolio.com ( Phone calls to Farinolio or voicemails will not be accepted).

Due to class prep-time, food purchases, and staff schedules, cancellations made within 6 business days of your event will not qualify for a refund or a transfer of your deposit. There are no exceptions.
All refunds are made by credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

A registrant may transfer their registration to another person.
Farinolio reserves the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather, low attendance, or emergencies. If we need to cancel, we will notify you by telephone and email to ensure we reach you and offer you a credit towards another class or a full refund.


Farinolio is NOT BYOB. We cooperate with Hopewell Valley Vineyards. Wine will be available for purchase at Farinolio.
Our team will be happy to recommend you the perfect vino for the evening.
If you have an allergy that would require an adjustment, please email us in advance at laura@farinolio.com
We will do our best to accommodate your request but food substitution is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items. However, we will make every effort to remain true to our advertised menu.
