EVENT PAYMENT - CANCELLATION:
One week prior to the event we will send you a digital payment link to submit the final balance due. Please note that 20% gratuity and tax will be applied to the total.
Please note — your spot is confirmed only once payment is received.
Because our events have very limited seating and each experience is crafted with fresh ingredients prepared in advance, tickets are final and non-refundable.
At Farinolio, we’re not a restaurant — when you join one of our Italian foodie evenings, you’re stepping into our world… our casa italiana.
As a small family business, every guest truly matters. When a seat is left empty at the last minute, it’s not just a number — it’s a moment, a plate, and an experience we lovingly prepared. Our events have extremely limited space, and when cancellations happen at the last minute, it often means someone else misses the opportunity to join us for a truly special experience.
We kindly ask for your understanding and mindfulness regarding our cancellation policy because when you attend one of our Italian foodie events, you’re a friend welcomed into our home, just as it would be in Italy.
Please note: Farinolio reserves the right to cancel a class or event due to inclement weather, low attendance, or emergencies. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by both telephone and email, and you will be offered either a credit towards another class or a full refund.

EXCLUSIVE PURCHASES:
During the event, you will have the unique opportunity to purchase exclusive retail items, including some Chef’s specials from fresh meats, cheeses, and specialty ingredients, available only to event guests.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
If you have a food allergy that requires special adjustments, please email us in advance at laura@farinolio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee substitutions. We also reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items if necessary but will strive to remain true to the advertised menu. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee accommodations without prior communication.
SEATING ACCOMODATIONS:
At all of our events, you’ll be seated at a communal table alongside other guests, embracing the true spirit of Italian conviviality that makes these gatherings so special. This isn’t a restaurant experience—it’s more like being welcomed into our famiglia, where sharing a meal with others is at the heart of what we do.
If you’re signing up with family or friends and would like to be seated together at the communal table, we’ll be more than happy to do our best to accommodate your request. Please just reach out to us at laura@farinolio.com prior to the event, and we’ll take care of the rest. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee accommodations without prior communication.
