Under the expert guidance of our skilled chefs, you and your partner will embark on a hands-on journey to create fresh gnocchi from scratch. Learn the secrets behind the perfect dough, the delicate balance of flavors, and the art of shaping these heavenly little dumplings.
As you knead, roll, and cut your gnocchi, you'll feel the connection deepening between you and your loved one. Working side by side, you'll experience the joy of collaboration and the satisfaction of creating something truly delicious together.

MENU:
-Bruschetta: Tomatoes, burrata, arugula and olio Toscano
-Tagliere: Assorted Italian cured meat and cheese board
-Verdurine arrosto: Roasted vegetables with aged balsamic vinegar from Modena
-Gnocchi di patate: Homemade potato gnocchi with fresh basil pesto (hands-on)
-Dolce: Farinolio sweets
Wine will be available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.
The price per person is $125
$20 per person will be charged as a non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The final balance will be due at Farinolio on the night of the event.
To enhance the communal dining experience, guests will be seated at a large communal table, just like we do in Italy. This allows for a convivial atmosphere where new friendships can be forged and old ones can be cherished.
